To New Master Instructors:

You have received, via email from our Administration, your fingerprinting registration receipt. To complete the process, you are to go the The UPS Store #3819 located at 3904 North Druid Hills Rd, Decatur, GA 30033 to be fingerprinted. Alternatively, you may find another service site closer to you by visiting Cogent Location Database.  Regardless of the location selected, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you call ahead of time to verify that fingerprinting personnel will be on-site when you get there. 

When you are done with your scan, you will receive a CONFIRMATION CODE from the UPS Store office (don’t leave without it!). You then need to reply to the original fingerprinting email you originally received from our Administration with the CONFIRMATION CODE, along with the DATE THAT YOU WERE FINGERPRINTED.  The easiest way to do his is to take a LEGIBLE SCREENSHOT of the receipt, and then email the receipt by replying to the original fingerprint email.
