Compensations
-> Starting rate of $14
-> Starting rate $20 (If you are a certified teacher in the state of Georgia)
All income earned provided, no tax withholdings made; taxable income to be reported through annual IRS 1099 form
->To compensate for our Instructors’ fuel expenses incurred while providing at-home tutoring services, the MATHPLUS GROUP provides TWO fuel stipends. While the first fuel stipend is a flat rate for every round-trip mile incurred while providing at-home tutoring services, the second additional fuel stipend rate, for the same aforementioned round-trip mile above, will take into consideration on a case-by-case basis: (a) the distance driven to reach the youth; (b) the times at which the sessions are provided and the related impact on traffic; (c) the overall difficulty of the case based on the educational needs and deficiencies of the youth.

Our goal here at AtlMath+ is to provide a wide variety of subjects ranging from 1st through 12th grade. We primarily end up working with Middle School students and above.
Job Duties & Requirements
-> Have your own vehicle in order to drive long distance to tutor Youth in their home.
->(a) minimum 2-year college graduate in education, social work, sociology or related discipline; (b) minimum 4-year college student with major in education, social work, sociology or related discipline, with graduation within 12 months.
-> Availability:
SHIFT A: MO 12P-7P / WE 12P – 7P / FR 1P -7P
SHIFT B: TUE 12P-7P / TH 12P-7P / SAT 1P -7P
SHIFT C: MO 10A – 8P / WE 10A – 8P
SHIFT D: TUE 10A – 8P / TH 10A – 8P
-> Shifts must be completed as chosen.
-> Short summary reports after EACH tutoring session
-> attend PAID meeting or teleconference calls with Math+ management to review work progress and performance.
-> Provide topic-based evaluation written reports, after paid training is completed.
